Order Processing

  • Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email will include a summary of your order and an order number.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1~3 business days. Processing time is required for picking, packing, and preparing your order for shipping.

Domestic Shipping

  • Carriers: We use USPS, FedEx, UPS or Amazon logistics for domestic shipments.
  • Shipping Options: We offer several shipping options to meet your needs, including Free Shipping (3-5 business days), Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) and Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days).
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the amount or wegiht of your order, the shipping method selected, and your delivery location. You will be able to review the shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We are pleased to offer international shipping to Canada, Europe, South America and Asia. 
  • Customs and Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges of the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and will not be covered by PerchMe.

Tracking Your Order

  • Shipment Notification: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress to your doorstep.

Delivery

  • Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
  • Failed Delivery: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if a package is unclaimed, it will be returned to PerchMe. The customer will be responsible for any return and additional shipping costs.
