Thank you for shopping at PerchMe. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. Please take a minute to read the information below to determine if the condition is covered under our return and refund policy.

Return Policy

  • Orders must be made on perchme.com. If you placed the order from another platform, please contact their customer service for further assistance.

  • If, at any time, within 90 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund.

  • Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund.

  • Return shipping charges may apply, and associated shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returned items must be postmarked or received at the designated shipping facility no later than 7 days after the 90 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Final Sale Items (indicated as "Final Sale") cannot be returned for credits or refunds.

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

  • PerchMe reserves the right to refuse any items compromised due to the individual factors mentioned above. Additionally, PerchMe may in some situations charge a cleaning/restocking fee if warranted.

US Domestic Return Cost
Excluding returns from Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii

Returns have a $15.00 USD flat shipping fee (except for larger products such as bundles or gift sets, where the fee may be $50.00 USD), if you prefer to use our discounted label. The shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This is a one-time fee per order, not per item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Alternatively, you may choose to ship through your preferred courier at your own expense if you prefer not to have the shipping fee deducted from your refund.

International Orders Return Policy

International customers are responsible for shipping costs as well as any duties and taxes incurred during the return process. All fees imposed during or after shipping the returned items are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Before returning your order, please check with your local customs and borders office to file any necessary forms related to returning your items.

Note: PerchMe is not legally authorized to file customs forms on behalf of international customers. Please ensure such requests are filed before sending your items back.

Promotional Purchase Returns

In the event that you make a purchase during a promotion where the total discount you received is dependent on the grand total cost of the order (e.g., Buy More, Save More Sale) and you wish to return an item(s), then the discount you qualified for is subject to change to a lower discount tier. Refunds will be recalculated accordingly to reflect the promotional terms.

Instructions for Returns

To return products purchased from perchme.com, please contact us within 90 calendar days of receiving your product(s) and follow the steps below:

  1. Email us for a return label at support@perchme.com if you would like to receive a discounted return label. Otherwise, if you plan to use your preferred courier, please email us to receive the appropriate return address.

  2. Pack the item(s) in the original PerchMe packaging and ship it back within 7 business days of receiving your return label. Note: Return requests will not be honored if this return window is missed.

  3. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time we receive your items at our return facility for the refund to be processed. We will notify you by email once the refund has been completed.

Warranty Policy

  • Coverage: PerchMe offers a two-year warranty on all products from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
  • Process: If you experience an issue with a product within the warranty period, please contact our customer service team at support@perchme.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request additional information or photos to assess the problem.
  • Resolution: If the product is determined to be defective, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion. Shipping costs for warranty claims may be covered by PerchMe, depending on the case.
