Customer service contacted me and sent out a replacement feeder. The new feeder arrived and worked perfectly. They corrected the issue and stood by the product.

The unit arrived with the camera unattached. Contacted customer service and they sent a video on how take it apart and reattach the camera. It’s brand new. I don’t want to have to repair the unit right out of the box.

The camera helps capture a beautiful variety of birds. Definitely enhances the bird watching experience. I was excited and surprised to catch a humming bird feeding. For years I never thought they lived in our area. Such a treat!!

PerchMe replaced a faulty piece by replacing the entire pole. Great response time!!! emailed me back within a day and the replacement was here within a week.

The heavy duty pole with squirrel baffle is as advertised. Well made & so far has satisfied our needs.

We love it! We had to contact customer service for two things, but they replied promptly and resolved the issues. The instructions for mounting the feeder were not included. And one ‘branch’ broke when we hung a heavy pot on it. They emailed the directions and replaced the broken branch for free. Just don’t hang anything very heavy on it. I have recommended it to several friends.

Was able to mount a Birdfy Feeder using your top pole adapter. However the baffle won't keep squirrels from climbing over. Very resourceful. AH solution - I installed my grandkids SLINKY over the pole. Fun to watch the critters try and climb the pole only to have the squirrel crash to the ground. Will get a vid and send to ya

Very good customer service with a quick response to our problem. We are back up and running and enjoying the birds feeding in our backyard.

One of the ground spikes appeared to be bent. When I went to put it into the ground, it broke at the weld. I sent Perchme an email explaining the problem. Within a day they informed me they would send a replacement part. Received the two days later. Very happy with customer service responce.

I purchased a feeder for my Dad and he absolutely loves it! When something decided to destroy it, so helpful with sending repair video to fix camera and replace solar panel.

I purchased a perch me feeder in Late March and had issues with solar panel not charging so I messaged them and after trying a few things to get it to work and failed , so they sent me a whole new feeder and solar panel and it’s working great. They answer their complaints very fast.. I love my new feeder with camera that takes beautiful birds !

Impressed with item and great customer service

I received this as a Christmas gift. The camera wasn’t secured in its holder so I contacted customer service. Customer service was superb, replacing the camera feeder, along with shipping label to return mine. I haven’t had a chance to put the camera feeder out yet, so can’t rate the product, but have high confidence that any issues will be made right by the company.

I received my bird feeder for Christmas, and took it to Mexico with me to capture some native birds. It has been such a wonderful gift! I had a slight problem with the solar panel cable, and their customer service was incredible! They replaced the entire solar panel, and delivered it within a week. I would highly recommend this product and this company…:in fact, I just got my friend to order one!!

I bought the bamboo style house for my mother’s birthday. When we noticed some damageI sent a picture to customer service. They were AMAZING and VERY quick to respond. Sent us a replacement which arrived in a few days. The setup was easy. Though there is an issue with the mounting **** being a little short, we managed to tighten it enough to secure the house.
The bird identification is quite accurate though there have been a couple that were incorrect.
Overall I would definitely recommend this to bird lovers! It’s pretty exciting getting a close eye on the little birds and having a library of all our visitors!

This company’s customer service is amazing!! We ordered the bird feeder pole as a gift. Unfortunately, when delivered the box was open and parts missing. We contacted customer service they sent a replacement out immediately.

As for the bird feeder pole, great construction, very sturdy and love the design to hang multiple items. Very easy to put together and was able to withstand high winds! Overall a great product.

Feeder is great, The bird ID software can use improvement. Lots of wrong ID on common birds. I received a replacement solar charger because I find it doesn't charge properly. But that could be due to the weather. Their customer service is great. The camera works great as well.

My feeder had a loose fastener that holds the camera on the bird feeder and the camera fell off. That fastener is installed before the back of the feeder is assembled and can’t be re-installed. They sent a new feeder and a return label for the defective feeder. Responses to my inquiry were very fast.

Absolutely in love with my new PerchMe feeder! I was hesitant to get a bamboo one because I've heard they can wear down, but the build quality on this is fantastic. It feels so much more solid and classy than plastic feeders. The metal accents are a nice touch, and the weather-resistant finish looks like it will hold up perfectly. Setup was a breeze – the app walked me right through it, and I was connected to my 2.4GHz Wi-Fi in minutes. The 2K video is unbelievably clear; I can see every feather on the cardinals and blue jays. And here's my favorite little surprise - they actually include an SD card with the feeder! This might seem small, but it shows how thoughtful PerchMe is about the user experience. I could start recording my bird videos immediately without having to figure out which card to buy or make another trip to the store.

I unpacked the PerchMe Smart Bird Feeder with Camera, noting that there was a built-in antenna. I charged the camera via USB and it took a few hours to fully charge. I proceeded to find a place to mount the solar panel, and decided to mount it on top of the bird feeder which should be fine to catch plenty of sun. I downloaded the VicoHome App and went through the steps to successfully activate the camera and linked it to my home network with a medium strength signal. For the App setup, I scrambled to find my home network ID and password, credit card information, and Google password. I was disappointed to find that there is no choice but to subscribe with a credit card, where the 1st month is free, start charging on Dec. 7th, $47.49/year. Once this was entered and I turned on the camera, I was able to successfully view through the camera on the bird feeder. I mounted the Smart Bird Feeder on top of my PerchMe Heavy-Duty Deluxe Bird Feeder Pole Station with Squirrel Baffle, and now I have 5 bird feeders on this pole station. My only concern is that with all of these feeders full of bird seed, the pole station is a little top-heavy. I have done some balancing to help stabilize the Pole Station. I may also need to do some adjustments later if we get a strong wind.

Once the camera captured some bird videos, I was able to ‘download’ them to the ‘Album’. However, there is no reference to what the Album is in the FAQs, nor anywhere else in the VicoHome App. I assumed that the Album is the same as the ‘Library’ – this I found misleading/confusing. The downloaded videos are very clear and amazing! They are accessible through my Android phone’s Gallery Pictures folder, so that I could move them to my laptop for future reference. It would be nice to have a feature that also took still pictures of the birds. Overall, I am really enjoying the videos, and like the capability of knowing both the types of birds that are being captured and details of each bird type in the App. There may be other App features that I will explore in the coming weeks.
